Delivered orders dispatch from our warehouse in Caloundra West on the Sunshine Coast and are sent with Aramex. Prefer to collect? Choose free Click & Collect at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tinted and custom-mixed product is made to order, so allow additional time on colour matched orders.

Freight costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery postcode. Metro, regional and remote rates apply, and remote area surcharges may be added for some destinations.

We do not offer free shipping. Microcement and plaster are dense, heavy products and freight is a genuine cost we would rather show you honestly at checkout than build into the product price.

For bulk or pallet quantities, contact us for a freight quote before ordering and we will find you the best rate.

Delivery times

Metro to metro deliveries typically arrive within one to three business days from dispatch. Regional and remote destinations take longer. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.

Delivery addresses

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a street address where someone can receive the order.

If an order is returned to us or requires redelivery because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, the cost of redelivery is payable by you.

Authority to leave

If no one is home when Aramex arrives, the driver may leave your order in a safe place at the delivery address or follow Aramex's card and redelivery process.

If you would rather your order is not left unattended, call us on 0423 410 429 before it is dispatched and we will request signature on delivery. For heavy orders we recommend it.

Click & Collect

Choose free Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our warehouse at 1/9-11 Bronwyn Street, Caloundra West. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Pickup hours are Monday 7am to 11am, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 12pm, and Friday 7am to 11am. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please bring your order number.

Damage in transit

Please check your order on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, photograph it before moving the product and contact us within 48 hours so we can lodge a claim with the carrier. Claims become very difficult once product has been opened or relocated.

Stock and backorders

Decora product is imported from Italy. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a partial dispatch, a hold on the full order, or a refund on the unavailable item, whichever suits you best.

Returns & product care

We custom tint to order, so returns are limited. Here is where we stand, and how to store and match your product.

Changes and cancellations

Once a tinted product goes into production it cannot be stopped. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us the same business day you placed it. After that the order stands.

Returns

Tools and accessories can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Because of the nature of the product, and because much of the range is custom tinted to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on Microcement, Venetian Plaster or any custom-tinted product.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If any product is faulty, significantly different from how we described it, or does not do what we told you it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.

If you are unsure what to order, ring us before you buy. Working out the right product, primer and quantity for your substrate takes five minutes on the phone.

Colour and batch variation

Colours shown on this website are a screen representation only. Microcement and Venetian plaster are applied by hand, and the finished appearance varies with application technique, burnish, sealer and lighting. We recommend ordering a colour sample brochure or visiting the Caloundra showroom before committing to a colour on a large area.

Tinted product mixed at different times can vary slightly in tone. Where possible, order enough for the entire job in one go, and keep a note of your batch number in case you need to match later.

Storage

Store product in its sealed container, out of direct sunlight, above freezing and below 30 degrees. Lime and cement based products have a limited shelf life once opened, and product that has been stored outside these conditions may not perform as intended.
