Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all Australian states and territories except Victoria. We don't currently ship to Victorian addresses or overseas.

Shipping costs

All orders are shipped with Aramex. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery postcode, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Click & Collect

You can choose free Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from MVP Products, 1/9-11 Bronwyn Street, Caloundra West QLD 4551. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Pickup hours are Monday 7am to 11am, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 12pm, and Friday 7am to 11am. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please bring your confirmation email or order number.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched from our Caloundra West warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. If an item on your order needs extra time, for example a product tinted to order or an item awaiting stock, we'll contact you with an updated dispatch date.

Delivery times

Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on your location. Metropolitan areas are usually quickest, while regional and remote areas can take longer. Delivery estimates from Aramex are a guide only and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress with Aramex.

Delivery address

Please provide a street address where someone can receive the delivery. Many of our products are heavy, so we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may need to charge the cost of sending it again.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos of the items and packaging, and we'll make it right. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
