Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy before you buy, and if you're unsure whether a product is right for your project, contact us first. We're always happy to help you choose.
Tools and accessories
If you change your mind about a tool or accessory, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, in a condition we can resell.
To arrange a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs aren't refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Microcement and Venetian Plaster
Because of the nature of these products, and because many are custom tinted to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on Microcement, Venetian Plaster or any custom-tinted product. We recommend ordering a colour sample or sample brochure, or contacting us, before you buy if you're unsure about a product or colour.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If any product, including Microcement or Venetian Plaster, is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law, and we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
